On June 8, 1925, South Texas State Normal College opened its doors for classes with 114 students....The first commencement exercise was held in May 1927 with EIGHT degrees being granted.....Fall of 2002 consisted of 6556 students....The Fall graduating class of 2002 consisted of 322 graduates.....Hispanic students went from 50% in Fall 1986 to 61% in Fall 2001

 University-Kingsville and Texas A&M University-System Center-San Antonio.


 
MISSION STATEMENT
The Office of Institutional Research supports institutional planning, policy formulation and decision making through the development and dissemination of accurate and timely data, reports and analysis. The Office is committed to providing support and expertise for the evaluation and assessment activities throughout the university.
